Is there such thing as a power nap? The time when you feel really tired and just need either a cup of coffee or just a 10 minute relaxing time in your bed. I tend to choose the second one. 

In our Monday 8 PM live lesson we will learn:

• to talk about time 
• vocabulary connected to sleeping 
• how to say "powernap" in Swiss German
• the volunteers can practice speaking in small group on Zoom
