Drinks in Swiss German

6/7/2021

In Switzerland, France, Spain, and many other countries, it's part of the culture to have a glass of wine alongside a large meal. Researchers have discovered that wine could help to digest food better since one of its main nutrients is polyphenols, possibly helping minimize the effects of oxidation in our digestive tract.

Since drinking is crucial for hydration and sometimes for leisure, our today's lesson video covers an array of vocabulary that will leave you well equipped for unique drinking adventures. Not all mentioned drinks are alcoholic and if water is your go-to friend, you can rest assured that you'll be able to order different kinds with no struggles.
For anyone wanting to start a wine business, wanting to become a barman in another country, or just want to become a member of the Swiss-German family and start learning the language in an easy-going yet professional way, feel free to sign up here

Just out of simple curiosity, do you think wine or any other type of drink could help in stimulating our brain to deliver better language learning performance? What's your view about it?

Our new lesson for members.

We will talk about  es bizeli ( a little bit)  and  e huufe (a lot).
