How to talk about feelings in Swiss German

3/15/2022

Do you speak of your feelings? Do you like to reflect on them?
Or do you try to suppress them? I remember how until some recent years, I believed that I could only be smiley and happy- go- lucky all the time. We all know that it’s not humanly possible. We’ve received the gift of different emotions for a reason. And of course it all starts with the right mindset. The more you try to suppress a feeling the higher the chance to feel more more misery. Asking self reflective questions such as "Why do I feel this way?" helps us to tune in with ourselves.

Let's not be afraid of what we feel. Oue next live lesson will be about a "cute cat". You can try the course here for 30 days free of charge.
